Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to all locations around the world using First-Class United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary, due to possible customs delays. If you are ordering from outside the US, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer shipping via the US Post Office to provide the lowest possible rate with the highest dependable delivery within the United States and abroad. Shipping costs as are follows (updated 2016):

Domestic (USA Only)

For orders up to $35.00, we offer USPS first class for $2.95.

For orders of $35.01 to $45, we offer USPS flat rate priority mail for $5.95.

For orders of $45.01 to $300, we offer USPS flat rate priority mail for $13.95.

For orders of $300 or more, we offer USPS flat rate priority mail for $17.95.

International (Canada)

For orders up to $27.98, we offer USPS international first class for $9.95.

For orders of $27.99 to $53.97, we would be able to ship using USPS priority mail for $13.50.

For orders of $53.98 to $299.99, would still ship by USPS priority, but in the larger box for $29.95

For orders of $300 or more, we offer USPS priority for $44.95.

International

For orders up to $45.00, we can offer USPS international first class for $13.95.

For orders of $45.01 to $300, we would still ship by USPS priority, but in the larger flat rate box for $44.95.

For orders of $300 or more, we offer USPS priority for $64.95.

 

How long does it take to ship your products? 

Once we receive your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours until the package is handed off to the US Postal Service. If you place your order over the weekend, you can expect to see movement on the tracking information on the following Monday (excludes US Federal Holidays).

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal payments express to accept all major credit cards (AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, Discover) + PayPal transfers. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please use our contact form to make a request for an order, then mail your check, Western Union money order or Post Office money order to our address : Inkjournal.com, C/O Oddo Ink, Inc, 253 Main Street, Suite #247, Matawan, NJ 07747.

 

Is there any coupon or discount for buying in bulk?

Currently, our business model does not allow for additional promotional discounting in product or shipping rates. However, if you are a retailer and are interested in buying in bulk to resell to your customers, please read our Retail Opportunities page and contact us through the submission form.

Can I return my InkJournal? What is your return policy?

Yes, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us using the Contact form and we can arrange for a refund. If we made any mistake or error in your order, please let us know and we will gladly do our best to fix it.

 

Does the InkJournal hold up well to writing with fountain pen ink?

We design and produce notebooks that we feel is adequate or better for fountain pens. If you're familiar with Tomoe River paper, the thin, Japanese paper is one of the most exquisite papers that fountain pen enthusiasts use, and we exclusively produce the hand-made Pocket Tomoe notebooks with this paper. The InkJournal Black is produced with a 80# text weight stock paper that holds well to fountain pen ink.

How can I prevent ink from bleeding through to other pages?

Use the included uncoated, instructional blotter card to back the page you are writing on.

Would you be able to send me a sample of the InkJournal for a blog review?

We are just getting started with promoting and marketing the InkJournal. Currently, we have a few bloggers that we have sent samples to, but are open to sending out samples to more blog-writers for review. Please use the Contact form and be sure to include the URL web address of your blog in your message.
