Calligraphy is fun even for beginners

I had an Ink Flight subscription for a long time and had cancelled it as I had so many inks and ink samples, but when I say Tom still had a few boxes left I succumbed to temptation and ordered these inks. I had only tried a couple of Leonardo inks previously, so these were all new to me.
I'm not great with a flex nib, but the Online Air Calligraphy set still adds some flair to my writing and I always enjoy broad and stub nibs anyway.

High qualify ink samples from Leonardo Officina Italiana

Assortment of little vials w/ different color inks from Leonardo Officina Italiana, brand I had never heard of. The photo looked like solid, saturated colors, not watered down, and included a couple of colors I was interested in, so I ordered it. I then Googled Leonardo Officina Italiana and read about their company history, their fountain pens, inks, etc., which greatly increased my interest in their products. When the samples arrived, they turned out to be very high quality inks which I liked very much. I entered each of them into a new ink journal I also ordered from The inkjournal.
